Can I visit without an appointment?
Our showroom operates by appointment only, ensuring every visitor receives dedicated one-to-one guidance and a tailored experience. Where availability allows, same-day appointments are often possible during our opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, and Saturdays, 9am-1pm (March to August). Simply use our online booking calendar to check availability and secure a convenient time to visit.
Can I order in the showroom?
Yes. You can place an order during your showroom visit. Our team will support you in planning your layout, exploring design options, and confirming the correct quantities, components, and any relevant compliance considerations. We can also provide installation guidance and, where required, connect you with a NeoTimber® Approved Installer. All orders are delivered via our dedicated delivery service, ensuring materials arrive safely, securely, and ready for your project.
What is the typical appointment length?
Showroom appointments typically last around 30 minutes, depending on how much guidance you need. During your one-to-one visit, you’ll have time to explore our full product range, compare colours, textures, and finishes, and review samples in detail. Our product specialists can also help you plan your layout, discuss installation considerations, confirm quantities and costs, and answer any technical questions. For larger or more complex projects, additional time can be arranged to ensure you get the right level of support.
Can I buy longer sample lengths during my visit?
Yes. Free samples are available to help you compare colours, textures, and finishes in detail, and longer sample lengths can also be purchased if you need a more in-depth evaluation. These larger samples are ideal for testing products at home or on site, helping you confirm your choice with confidence before placing a full order. Simply speak with our showroom team during your visit, or contact us in advance so we can prepare what you need.
What should I bring to a showroom appointment?
To get the most from your showroom visit, we recommend bringing measurements of your space, along with any photos or videos of the area. If you have drawings or plans available, these are also extremely helpful. This information allows our team to better understand your project, review layout options, confirm quantities, and provide tailored guidance to help bring your outdoor design to life.
Are showroom appointments available at weekends?
Our office and showroom are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. During the peak summer season (March to August), we also offer Saturday appointments from 9am-1pm. If you have any questions or need help booking your visit, please contact our team on 01530 382 180 and we’ll be happy to assist.
