NeoTimber® building material products may be heavy and bulky. Anyone assisting with unloading should use safe manual handling techniques and wear appropriate protective clothing, including suitable work gloves.
Any visible damage, shortages or discrepancies should be reported immediately and noted with the delivery driver where possible.
NeoTimber® may require photographic evidence before processing delivery-related claims.
Once goods are transferred to the delivery carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer where permitted by applicable law.
8. Product Inspection & Acceptance
Customers should inspect goods as thoroughly as reasonably possible upon delivery.
Once products have been accepted and/or installed, they may be deemed accepted unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
