We offer our customers speedy delivery across the UK from our central warehouse in Leicestershire via our in-house delivery team.
For orders over £1,000 inc. VAT, NeoTimber® is proud to offer FREE UK Mainland Economy Delivery within 7–10 working days.
Need your order sooner? We also offer an Express Delivery option (3–5 working days) or, for the fastest delivery, our Next Working Day Service when you order before 11am. Please note that Express and Next Working Day delivery are available to UK Mainland destinations only.

Additional Delivery Information
Once your order has been picked, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. They will advise you of an approximate delivery timeframe and discuss any special delivery requirements you may have.
On the day of delivery, you may also receive a call from the delivery driver with an updated estimated arrival time.
NeoTimber® offers a kerbside delivery service only. Deliveries do not include carrying materials through or to the rear of a property.
Please note that our delivery vehicles do not have cranes or mechanical lifting equipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to assist with unloading where required.
NeoTimber® building material products may be heavy and bulky. Anyone assisting with unloading should use safe manual handling techniques and wear appropriate protective clothing, including suitable work gloves.
If a delivery vehicle is invited onto the customer’s property, this is entirely at the customer’s own risk. NeoTimber® and its delivery partners shall not be liable for damage to driveways, surfaces, paving or other property areas.
