NeoTimber® is growing and so is our inbound sales team.
We’re looking for a confident Inbound Sales Executive to help convert the high volume of enquiries we receive from homeowners, installers and commercial customers across the UK.
This is not a scripted call-centre role. It’s a consultative sales position where you’ll guide customers through product options, provide expert advice, and turn enquiries into successful orders.
The Role
You’ll manage inbound enquiries across phone, email and online channels, understanding customer needs and recommending the right products from our growing range of decking, cladding and fencing systems.
Success in this role comes from combining great communication, strong product knowledge, and proactive follow-up to convert enquiries into sales.

NeoTimber® is growing, and so is our logistics team.
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Multi Drop Delivery Driver to support nationwide deliveries of our composite building products. Based at our Coalville warehouse, this role plays an important part in ensuring customers across the UK receive their orders safely, efficiently, and on time.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone organised, punctual, and confident working independently while representing the NeoTimber® brand on the road.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for loading composite materials from our warehouse and completing scheduled multi-drop deliveries across the UK (typically 1 to 5 drops per route).
Accuracy and preparation are key - checking loads, understanding delivery locations, and following planned routes carefully to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
As a customer-facing role, you’ll also represent NeoTimber® on-site, providing a professional and friendly experience at every delivery point.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable and punctual individual with strong organisational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good English literacy and numeracy skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not essential
- Flexible approach to working hours
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence held for 3+ years (with less than 6 points)
- No DD, TT, DR, CD or IN endorsements
- Must be over 25 years old
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Two references required
- Manual Handling Certification preferred but not essential
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend work available
- Full-time, Permanent position
